How can I win a prize?
We will have have prizes for the top overall performers, but you have to be a local resident of Curaçao, Aruba or Bonaire to be eligible. If you are not a resident of Curaçao, Aruba or Bonaire, you can still play in our pool for free, but you won’t be eligible for a prize.
Are there any age requirements?
We don’t have a specific age requirement, but to collect a prize you will need to provide a valid (local) ID like a driver’s license or ‘sedula’. Please keep in mind that the info (first name and last name) on your ID has to match with the info in your Batakaso user account.
Can anyone change or edit my predicitons?
No, no one can access your prediction entries. Predictions and scoring become visible after the final of the first game, but rest assured that you are the only one that can enter or edit your own predictions.
What is the cut-off time to enter a match prediction?
You have until 1 minute before kick-off to enter your match prediction. For bonus questions, the cut-off time will be noted below the question.

May I create multiple accounts?
Can I be in a private pool?
If you wish to participate in a private pool, please send us an email at privatepool@batakaso.com and provide us with the name you wish to give your pool. We will add you along with your friends, family members and / or colleagues to your own private pool.
Please note that even if you are in a private pool, you will still be in the running for prizes in the overall standings, granted that you are a resident of Curaçao.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account under the Account section.
